The historic Blaauwlakenblok or “Blue Bloth Block” in this super-curated store is a variant of the sky, navy, popcorn, indigo or tone. With this theme in mind, founder Robert Sillerman focuses on several different areas: blue artwork, vintage blue jeans and work clothes, and turquoise jewelry.

Founded by wardrobe designers and musicians, Lucille blends the two professions into a store. There are vintage clothing such as leather jackets, cream knitted and pleated skirts; ceramics include a large number of medieval ashtrays; and slow batch and stereo parts.

If you’ve seen photos of Socialite Penny Lane since the 1970s, it’s easy to think of clothes from this selected store. Fragments of Boho Chanel and Burberry (the entire shelf is dedicated to the brand’s iconic trolls!) hang next to a cut carpet jacket, silk scarf and flowing dress.

Founded in 1885, this multi-life flea market is the oldest market in the Netherlands. Open six days a week, the market has over 300 suppliers selling their goods between the canals, including everything from old-fashioned technologies such as cameras and old video equipment to furniture, clothing and jewelry.

The rumor was founded in 2011 and is actually two stores located in the same neighborhood. Between you can find clothes, jewelry and accessories dating back to the 1950s, but the store specializes in items from the 60s and 70s as well as leather goods. These products are spacious – leather bags, paired with knee boots, sunglasses drawers are just some of the reasons why they stop.
