When authorities bought her to remove her tools, the 51-year-old writer said to have refused and pointed the pistol at the authorities. Afterwards, a gunfight broke out suddenly, triggering Gilian to suffer monotonous shooting damage. She was asked to go to a nearby medical facility and was treated for injuries. No police were injured throughout the event.
